How to get to the Debrecen Marathon by car, public transport, or on foot.
If you must arrive by car because you are coming from another city or from far away, you can park at the university parking lots: Nagyerdei Campus, Egyetem tér Campus, and Kassai Road Campus. In addition, the Főnix Arena parking lot is also available.
If you are from Debrecen: please use public transport if possible, or come by bike.
Tram line 1 runs from the Main Station to Pálma, while on tram line 2, replacement buses will operate between 08:00 and 15:00 on March 29. Road closures also affect several bus routes; you can find the full schedule changes here: Traffic restrictions
You can also arrive by bicycle: next to the finish area (in the parking lot of the Nagyerdei Stadium), a fenced bicycle storage area with space for 300 bikes is available (bring a lock, as bicycles are not guarded!).
